His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the state of Kuwait passed away on 29.09.20. As a mark of respect to the departed dignitary, the Government of India has conveyed its decision to all states vide wireless message crash no. 3/5/20/20- public dated 01.10.2020 that there will be one day’s state mouring on 04.10.2020 throughout India.

Manpai phom, ADC Tseminyu in his key note address stressed on the need to have a proper mindset at home regarding waste management. He also launched awareness campaign on covid-19 Solid waste management.
