In partial modification of the earlier order issued Vide No. LTC/LLG/RATE-9/2017-18/144,Dated Longleng the 26th October, 2020 pertaining to rates of essential and non-essential commodities, the District Administrator Longleng has fixed the prices of commodities as specified below :-

John Tsulise Sangtam, NCS, Secretary, Nagaland Public Service Commission has notified that speed test in shorthand for stenographer and speed test in typewriting for typist will be conducted by the commission . It may be noted that irrespective of the number of years a regular and confirmed Stenographer has served in a particular grade, they may apply to appear the speed test for the next higher grade.

In pursuance to the advisory for Weddings, marriages and social events issued by Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland, DC Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan, has informed all concerned that those organising weddings and such events should apply to the Dimapur District Task Force atleast 2(two) weeks prior to the date of event so that necessary inspections regarding adherence to the COVID-19 protocols and SOPs can be conducted and permission can be granted for the same.
ADC Jalukie, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, NCS has notified that in view of the detection of COVID-19 Positive through test and in order to take preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 as per the SOP issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Directorate of General of Health Service (EMR) Division, Govt. of India, 4th June 2020, the Gaidinliu Avenue Block K Quarter 2, Sainik School Punglwa has been sealed with effect from 18th November, 2020 till further order.
Additional Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Rhosietho Nguori, NCS has called meeting on 19th November, 2020 at Tening Town Hall at 11:00 AM.
ADC has directed all members of Block Task Force on BBBP to attend for consultative meeting for upcoming activities of BBBP under Tening Block.
