Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Rhosietho Nguori, NCS had informed for mass social work to be organised on 21st November, 2020 under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) for all the wards under Tening Town from 7:00 AM onwards.
According notification issued by ADC cum chairman of BTF on BBBP vide No.TNG/DEV-11/BBBP/ 2019 dated Tening 18th November, 2020 directed all BTF members and GBs to mobilise and sensitise general public for active participation in the mass social work.

ADC Peren, Moa Sangtam has notified that in view of the detection of COVID-19 positive patient and in order to take preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 as per the SOP issued by the Government Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Peren sealed House No. 105 located at Nsetning ward under Peren Town with effect from 17th November 2020 till further order.
The public has been advised to follow all safety precautions, especially within the proximity of the sealed area.

In continuation of DC office Longleng letter No. LLG/DEV-33/2009-10/308,dated LLG the 5th Nov 2019,pertaining to the protection of Amur Falcon, notice has been issued to all the concerned that "Amur Falcon is protected under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, trapping killing and selling of Amur Falcon is a criminal offence punishable with 3(three) years rigorous imprisonment or with fine of Rs. 25000/- or both under section 51 of the said Act.
