The Kohima Ao Baptist Church in a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary Temjen Toy IAS has stated that they will be donating Rs. 3 Lakhs to the Government of Nagaland for procuring more Personal Protective Equipments for better protection of the mainline workers.

Shayung Phom has directed all the shops and business establishments dealing with groceries and vegetables to open their shops and businesses establishments from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm.

DC, Zunheboto, Peter Lichamo, sent out a circular for strict compliance with immediate effect, directing all VCCs/GBs of all villages and wards under Zunheboto District to carry out the following order:

Gregory Thejawelie, NCS, Deputy Commissioner Kohima has informed that in the interest of Public Service and Safety, all private water tankers not possessing necessary Permit issued by the Kohima Municipal Council have been banned from plying with immediate effect.
Further, the following guidelines are to be strictly followed by the Drivers and handymen of the permitted private water tankers:

Deputy commissioner, Mon Thavaseelan K, IAS in an order issued on 27th March 2020 stated that, in continuation of directive issued by his office vide order No.GA/DEV/COVID-19/2020/90 Dated 7th March 2020 and in pursuance of Order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, all social/political/sports/entertainment/academic/cultural/ religious functions/gatherings are barred in Mon District for a period of 21 days w.e.f 25/03/2020.
