Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Peren Vineet Kumar, IAS has directed to all the Village Council, Goan Buras, Town Council and Ward Authorities to ensure free and fair conduct of Election and for all eligible voters to cast their votes without fear or intimidation in all polling stations under their respective Jurisdiction.
