Deputy Commissioner Peren, Sentiwapang Aier, NCS has informed that in continuation of the Office Order No-PRN/DEV-CORONA/2020/572 dated 4th August, 2020 and as decided by the Peren District Task Force COVID-19 meeting dated 17th August, 2020 and in the internet of public health and safety, the total restriction on inter-district movement is further extended for a period of 1 (one) week w.e.f 20th August, 2020 to 26th August, 2020.

ADC Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa, has notified that in view of the detection of a Covid-19 positive person residing at the following locations viz. D' Block and Phezoucha colony, Kohima, the area defined below is demarcated as Sealed Area in order to contain the spread of the disease/infection and for necessary contact tracing.

The total lockdown has been lifted in Aboi sub-division on 18th August 2020. Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K has notified that the following guidelines will be enforced in the Aboi sub-division till further orders.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Peren, Sentiwapang Aier, NCS has informed on 18th August, 2020 that in view of the detection of COVID-19 Positive cases in Ahthibung Sub-Division and to take effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the houses in Ahthibung Town listed below are hereby sealed with immediate effect till further order:

On receive of the confirmatory results through ITPCR test where COVID-19 positive cases detected through Trunat screening test earlier was confirmed negative, the order issued on 14th August, 2020 for temporary sealing of the Houses/Buildings bearing GB's House No-1 and House No-10 respectively at High School colony (ward no-3) in Jalukie Town is hereby lifted immediately with effect from 18th August 2020.
