Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Principal Secretary to the State Government issued the daily report on Law & Order and facilitation of essential Goods & Services in the State for May 5. The report stated that 9 (Nine) violations of the lockdown were reported and 22 (Twenty Two) persons were bound down. Further, a sum of Rs. 22,000 (Twenty Two Thousand) was imposed as fine under the MV Act from 110 (One Hundred Ten) vehicles.
