            A new era in Naga marketing culture dawned with the Official Launch of the e-commerce platform ‘YELLOWCHAIN’ by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio during the Independence Day Celebrations at Kohima on 15th August 2020.

            On the occasion of the 74th Independence Day, 2020 the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service was awarded to N. Chumdamo Jamio, NPS, DIGP (IR), South Police Headquarter, Nagaland and the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, Best Police Station in Nagaland was awarded to Kiphire Police Station, Kiphire District.

            The award recipients of Governor’s Gold Medal and Governor’s Commendation Certificate were announced on the occasion of Independence Day function at Parade Ground, Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza, Kohima on 15th August 2020.

           The 74th Independence Day was celebrated at the North Eastern Council, Shillong with traditional gaiety and national fervor today. The national tri-colour flag was unfurled and hoisted by the Member of the NEC Prof. Biman Kr. Dutta at the NEC’s premises followed up by the National Anthem. Thereafter Prof. Biman Kr.
